Plymscapes

I have started drawing my city, Plymouth. It is often under-estimated by people who don't know the place. Instead of joining the seascape gang and painting only the obviously beautiful areas of Plymouth, I decided to draw inner city scenes of no particular significance. This is a work in progress at the moment, I'd quite like to turn them into prints at some point...

Card designs

I have started making cards and they're going down pretty well. I keep them simple and funny. I get a lot out of making something that makes someone laugh.

Making Stuff

My time doing Arts and Craft Fairs was interesting. I really enjoyed producing things people could use out of my fabric but seemed to spend more money making stuff than I did selling stuff! My ultimate dream is to have my own shop one day full of things I've made. I plan to start printing again soon and hope to be selling t-shirts rather than cushions; I'm done with twee for now...

Print Designs

My print designs are based on very British themes; its something I started in college and has stayed with my work. I do a lot of photography and a lot of drawing. This is what I end up with. Most of these prints are repeat patterns from the last 2 years. I am still designing prints with the idea of producing new bags etc but at the moment am focusing on illustration.

The Birds

Birds are a huge part of my work. The pigeon is what started it all; now I am hooked on drawing them. Here is the collection so far.
